• First, you need to register for an account. The process varies depending on the plan you select during registration. Please review the sections for each plan below.
• When registering an account, you agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy; please review these as well.
• Free Plan When you create an account, the Free Plan (free of charge) is automatically set. No special registration process is required.
• Pro Plan You can start using the Pro Plan at any time by selecting it during account registration or by clicking the “Upgrade” button. A 7-day free trial period is provided for first-time registrations. For credit card payments, a contract is generally not required to begin usage.
• Enterprise Plan Instead of an online process, we will send you a separate application form tailored to the plan details. If you are considering this option, please contact us via our Contact Form.

• For the Pro Plan using credit card payment, all procedures are completed online, so you can start immediately.
• The Enterprise Plan requires time for adjusting the contract details. If you are considering the Enterprise Plan, please contact us via our Contact Form.

• With ideaflow, you use the service by agreeing to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. In principle, we do not enter into separate NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements) or outsourcing contracts.
• However, if you subscribe to the Enterprise Plan, we can arrange a contract as needed.

• For credit card payments, you can use the service for a minimum period of 1 month.
• For credit card payments, both monthly and annual billing are available at the rates specified in the pricing table. For annual usage, there is a discount on the monthly rate.

• The Enterprise Plan is quoted based on your project details. If you are considering the Enterprise Plan, please contact us via our Contact Form.

From the “Team Settings” screen, click the “View Payment Information (to STRIPE)” button and use the provided URL to check or change your billing details.

Only the “Owner” account within the team is permitted to do so.

A receipt will be sent to the payer’s email address once payment for your invoice has been completed.

• ideaflow uses Stripe as its payment processing service.
• The accepted credit card brands mainly conform to those listed on Stripe’s “Supported Card Brands” page.
• Cards without the “3D Secure” feature cannot be used.

For the Pro Plan, invoice billing is available only for annual contracts. Please contact us at the time of contracting.

Switching from the Pro Plan to the Enterprise Plan requires our processing, so please contact us.

• If you cancel your contract at the end of the 7-day free trial period, your account will automatically revert to the Free Plan (free of charge).
• If no action is taken when the trial period ends, prepayment billing will begin.

• For credit card payments, you will have already paid in advance for that month’s usage (no prorated refunds are provided).
• If you cancel partway through a month, subsequent billing will automatically stop.

• To cancel a paid plan, go to the “Team Settings” screen, click the “View Payment Information (to STRIPE)” button, and then click “Cancel Subscription” on the linked page.
• Once you cancel your paid plan, your account will revert to the Free Plan (free of charge) after the current contract period ends, and no further payments will be made.

• There is no fixed billing cutoff or payment date.
• ideaflow operates on a prepaid system. At the time of your initial contract, you will be charged for one month, and thereafter you will be billed in one-month cycles, always in advance.
• For first-time users of the Pro Plan, a 1-week free trial is automatically provided. In that case, please note that the plan change date is not the billing date; the billing date will be one week later.
